Letter From Marshall and Jan (February 28)
Last night’s healing session was just that.
After the call, Jan looked at me and said, “I want to live.” Until that call she had been very despondent. Thank you for this. It is a close to overwhelming as I have ever been.
Jan is in surgery as I write this. They are not addressing the cancer just the blockage. The idea is to remove the pain, get her strong and then look at the options.
For those of you who missed last night’s healing session, there is another one this morning at 9:00 AM Pacifictime. I would appreciate it if as many of you as possible would get on that call.

Hello Again Jan, Great to see you today and laugh together. I truly enjoy our conversations.
Not sure if Marshall shared this with you but we had a funny trip to the airport today. After we left you, we went to the parking lot to get Marshall's car. As we drove to my car it was then I realized I had no keys. Yup, my keys and my jacket were in the 10th floor waiting room.
Now fast forward 20 minutes later as I'm dropping Marshall back to the hospital. We both had made a big ordeal about remembering to get his suitcase out of the rental car. Guess where that suitcase is now? Not with Marshall. Yes, in the back of my truck in Park City. I'm sure you're very surprised.
I really don't know how he and I got back from all those trips together with wallets, keys, cell phones, hats, books, and glasses intact.
I will see you soon and look forward to our conversations.

Hello Jan and Marshall!
You've both been the center of our thoughts the past few days. We're sending you every ounce of loving energy the universe has to offer.
Jan, we see God in you, and know that you'll access more strength, passion, love and healing energy through this time. Trust that you are surrounded with love and that whatever you need, it will be there for you.
We miss you both oodles; Branson is itching to reunite in Mexico, so he said he expects Auntie Jan to make a full (and quick) recovery.
Also, we'd like to say thank you for the prayer call... though you've embarked on a challenging journey, you've given us all the opportunity to experience, give and feel more love and healing energy over the past few days than ever before.
In his book, It's Not About the Bike, Lance Armstrong says about cancer patients, "You don't know it yet, but we're the lucky ones." In our greatest struggles come our greatest truths. We know that through this challenge will come an even more powerful, more beautiful, more loving, more passionate Jan. We can't wait to meet her.

Yolanda has you in her prayer chain, she meets with her prayer partner every morning to start her day. As she says, "We have some powerful pray-ers in this church, she's in good hands." My mother's "Nifty-niners" (the ones who go to 9 am mass) are with you as well. We all have you in our hearts and minds and prayers here in the tri-cities, Albany, Schenectady and Troy. We go t your back, front, sides, inside and out.

I sent out a message to my Prayer Warriors (47 total), so we started our prayers before receiving the news of the cancer. Jan will be staying on our Prayer List, and the Warriors will take the list to their respective prayer groups. It is like a pyramid of prayer. This group covers every denomination: Catholic, Protestant, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, and anyone who believes in a greater Power.
Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I guess neither of us can fly right now, but when we get better I look forward to visiting with you and Marshall. I hope that is soon, for both of us. You know, Jan, I feel like you and Marshall are family. I have been praying for you and meditating on your situation. I am also trying to get an appointment with a specialist at Yale to see if I might be a candidate for some treatment that is not available locally. I wonder if we might both end up at the same place for some specialized treatment in the near future. Wouldn't that be a co-incidence? Of course, we know there are no coincidences.

As you surrender completely to faith and God - please know that you ARE love, and that you MUST be healed. Your heart is made for love and healing, and what you have given to others will surely return to help you now in your time of need.

Yesterday I was on the call. Few minutes before the call I ask all of my staff to come to my office.
I ask if anybody wanted to participate on healing energy call for you. Everyone agreed.
We all concentrated on our task. At the end of the call I looked to my right and saw one of my employees white as ghost. Cindy have concentrated so much on sending you all of her good energy to Jan that she has fainted. Our little one Mia came back from the school yesterday afternoon and told us that the teacher ask them think about someone who needs love. Mia said I was thinking about Jan and I told my class about her.
We love you. We are sending lots of smiles and positive healing energy.

Jan is out of surgery. She arrived back in the room just as the second healing session was beginning so she heard both sessions. Both healing sessions have had a powerful impact. Her sprits picked up immediately. Thank you. I have never felt this supported in my life; the depth of the emotions are at times overwhelming. Darryl told me to thank them as they surge through me; I'm doing that and it is very intense.

Hang in there! You can make it! I've just recently witnessed a woman and her husband, other leaders in the personal growth community with advanced cancer, her second time around. She worked both with traditional physical doctors, at John Hopkins, and metaphysical. Just a few weeks ago, all tests showed no signs of cancer.And the doctors told the couple something that I found quite inspiring. To think of cancer like maybe diabetes, it may always be with you until a cure is found, which is getting closer all the time. But it can be treated now! And from the metaphysical side, we've all come to know that miracles are real, especially with abundant love.

Hello Jan,
Today I had the good fortune of connecting with some special people that made a lasting impression on me in 1983. One of them is Marshall.
I married in December to the woman of my dreams, and she has helped me connect my spiritual life permanently to my daily life. My experience is a consistently deep connection to God or All that Is, which I believe is Love.
You are now in my prayers, too. I will ask Amy to pray, too. Her abilities and connection with the Divine are profound.

By the way, I fed the little black one some ham and after the ham was gone, she continued looking for it. Since my fingers smelled of ham, she decided to continue the feast. Turns out she really DOES have fangs. Oh well, small price to pay.
